Energy-Boosting Keto Coffee Recipe – Hot or Iced

For those following a Ketogenic diet, this Keto coffee recipe combines healthy fats with our energy-boosting Inner Warrior blend for a treat you can enjoy either hot or cold.

The Ketogenic Diet has been rapidly rising in popularity over the past couple of years as people look for ways to adopt a healthier lifestyle.

The “Keto” way of eating is gaining traction for several reasons, including the allowance of healthy fats and its potential to help people feel more energized throughout the day. It’s important to note that anyone considering a change in diet should always talk to their doctor first, and that adopting a complete Keto diet may not be the right solution for everyone. Even so, anyone can incorporate elements of it into their daily routines to reap one of the best benefits – and that’s a little extra energy*!

This was the inspiration behind our new Energy-Boosting Keto coffee recipe, which can be made hot or iced with our Inner Warrior blend. We added some good old fashioned butter,  because it makes everything better, and believe it or not it tastes pretty amazing in coffee. Then, we also added vanilla-flavored MCT oil for added flavor and sweetness. And, with all of this deliciousness you get wellness benefits from these ingredients:

  • Rhodiola root: widely used to combat fatigue and enhance both physical and mental performance*.
  • Lion’s mane mushroom: supports memory and concentration along with cognitive function and the nervous system*.
  • Maca root: supports energy metabolism to help give your endurance and stamina a boost while defending against stress and supporting your mood*.
  • MCT oil: an oil that contains medium-chain triglycerides, which are fats that are rapidly broken down and absorbed into the body so they can be quickly turned into energy*.

Energy-Boosting Keto Coffee (Hot or Iced)

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS FOR HOT VERSION

  1. Brew one Wildcrafter Inner Warrior K-cup® or serving of bagged coffee.
  2. Add butter and vanilla MCT oil.
  3. Put into blender for a delicious, low-carb fuel!

DIRECTIONS FOR ICED VERSION:

  1. Brew one Wildcrafter Inner Warrior K-cup® or serving of bagged coffee.
  2. Add butter and vanilla MCT oil.
  3. Let coffee cool for 15 minutes.
  4. Blend with ice.
